About Marc Klaas

Marc Klaas is a partner at MTR Legal and has been with the firm since 2011. He advises on German and international commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions and IT law, and has extensive experience in complex civil litigation. His industry experience includes aerospace, automotive, IT and telecommunications, mechanical and plant engineering, venture capital and start-ups. Earlier in his career, he worked in the legal department of Porsche AG and as in-house counsel at SIAG Engineering GmbH. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s International Business Law working group.
