About Michael Below

Michael Below is a salary partner at MTR Legal. He advises on commercial and corporate law, IT law and real estate law and represents German and international clients in complex civil litigation. His professional training included work at the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Meilicke Hoffmann & Partner and Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Brussels, covering state aid, banking and capital markets, commercial and corporate, and competition law. He has particular sector experience in aerospace, automotive, IT and telecommunications and is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
