About Michael Rainer

Michael Rainer is founder and CEO of MTR Legal and has more than 20 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship. His practice focuses on German and international commercial and corporate law, contract law and M&A, with additional experience in litigation and banking and capital markets law. His earlier professional experience includes business development and M&A at MTU Maintenance Hannover and advisory work for FRIEDRICH KOCKS GmbH & Co. KG. He is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV), the American Bar Association, the German-Chinese Lawyers’ Association, the IBA and the UIA.
