About Amanda Paracuellos

Amanda Paracuellos is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer representing companies from start-ups to public companies in M&A, joint ventures, securities offerings, private equity financings, corporate governance, commercial contracts, fund formation and technology licensing across a broad range of industries. She began her career at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC, and later became a partner in the corporate and transactional practice at Crowell & Moring LLP in Orange County. She also served as general counsel of a Los Angeles media company. Since 2020, Amanda has taught contract drafting at UC Irvine School of Law. She received her JD from University of Iowa College of Law.
