Hannes Schlager is a founding partner of AKELA and specialises in real estate, dispute resolution and special transactions. He has extensive experience in planning, structuring and executing complex real estate development and property projects, and represents clients – particularly in construction litigation – before national courts and international arbitration tribunals. In addition, Hannes Schlager has many years of experience in transactional business, focusing on special M&A topics such as acquisitions in the medical and pharmaceutical sector. He also advises companies on national and European merger control proceedings.
