Estelle Rigal-Alexandre is a founding partner at Bunch, where she leads the regulatory and competition practice. She has deep expertise in the regulation of emerging technologies, including telecoms, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, data centres, cybersecurity and AI. Estelle advises clients on regulatory impact assessments, and licensing and registration procedures before French and EU authorities, and represents them in complex regulatory and commercial disputes. She regularly assists key stakeholders in the telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors and has particular expertise in navigating the regulatory challenges of Web3 ecosystems.
