About Marie Frisch

Marie Frisch heads the M&A and corporate practice at Bunch. She advises French and international clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and corporate restructurings. Marie has particular expertise in securities law, including AMF regulatory frameworks applicable to equity and tokenised securities offerings. She regularly assists growth-stage and tech-driven companies in structuring their financing rounds and governance. She also acts on complex cross-border deals involving innovative business models. Marie is a member of the Lyon Bar’s Compliance and Ethics Commission.
