About Alim Khamis

Alim Khamis is a recognised leader in arbitration, having acted for clients across the Middle East, Central Asia, Canada and Australia. Alim was previously a partner and head of office at an international law firm in Qatar and prior to that a partner at one of the world’s largest law firms. Alim is a dual-qualified lawyer (Australia and Canada) and specialises in high-value construction and commercial disputes, ranging from infrastructure and major projects (eg, roads, rail and airports) to commercial disputes. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Alim actively arbitrates cases with arbitral centres in the UAE.
