About Kenji Yano

Kenji Yano is a founding partner of Tokyo Kokusai Partners Law Office, specialising in international family law. His practice covers international divorce, child custody and relocation, complex financial settlements and Hague Convention cases. He regularly represents international families and private clients in cross-border disputes before Japanese family courts and in arbitration. He holds an LLM from University College London and gained exposure to international family law practice in London. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and a member of the International Society of Family Law (ISFL).
