About Edgar Young

Edgar Young is a partner at Pacifica Legal, specialising in emerging technologies, including crypto, fintech, IT, and intellectual property. His practice focuses on offshore corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and Web3 fundraising for clients, including L1/L2 networks, CEXs and DEXs, DeFi protocols, DAO foundations, and tokenisation platforms. He holds a PhD in International Private Law (with an emphasis on Arbitration) and an LLM in International Private Law from RUDN University in Moscow, as well as an LLB from the University of Panama. Edgar has authored several publications on Panamanian crypto regulation and digital assets, and is a member of the Blockchain Lawyers Group, LegalDAO, and Panama DAO.
