About Max von Frantzius

Max von Frantzius is a qualified lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience in the investment fund and corporate law practices in Luxembourg, Germany and Paris. He worked with Paul Hastings in Paris and Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg. He co-headed the Luxembourg fund management company of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. He worked with PwC Luxembourg and was a partner in a Luxembourg middle-size law firm before creating MvF-Law. Max von Frantzius is trilingual in German, French and English and is admitted to the Bars of Berlin, Luxembourg (L.4) and Paris.
