About Max von Frantzius

Max von Frantzius is a qualified lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience in the investment fund and corporate law practice in Luxembourg, Germany and Paris. He worked with Paul Hastings in Paris and Arendt Medernach in Luxembourg. He co-headed the Luxembourg fund management company of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. He worked with PwC Luxembourg and was partner in the Luxembourg middle-size law firm CM Law. He created MvF-Law in March 2025. Max von Frantzius is trilingual in German, French and English and is admitted to the Bars of Berlin, Luxembourg (L.4) and Paris.
