About Andrés Jiménez

Andrés Jiménez is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Spain whose practice centres on administrative law and public procurement. He also has extensive experience in subsidies law, contentious administrative and sanctioning procedures. Andrés is legal adviser to the Spanish Parliament, member of the Bar Association of Madrid, the advisory board of the Spanish association of foundations, and the Spanish Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. During his career, Andrés has published widely on public law and has worked as a professor at the University of Distance Education (UNED), the University Pontificia of Comillas-ICADE, the European University (CEES) and Carlos III University.
