About Alberto Dorrego

Alberto Dorrego is a public law partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Spain. He has extensive and recognised experience in the field of public contracts and PPP projects, and is a recognised specialist in the regulation of the health sector and the pharmaceutical industry. Alberto has extensive experience in these matters in administrative proceedings and legal proceedings before the Courts of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, before the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, as well as before international courts and institutions. He is also president of the Administrative Law Section of the Madrid Bar Association.
