About Jacobo Martínez

Jacobo Martínez is managing partner, head of the employment law department, and founding partner of the Madrid office of Eversheds Sutherland, as well as a member of the firm’s European Executive Committee. He has extensive experience in all areas of employment law, including the implementation of complex remuneration systems, advice on the employment implications of acquisitions, mergers and other operations constituting company succession, as well as the various processes of workforce restructuring, collective bargaining and the resolution of legal disputes in the civil sphere. Jacobo is also a very active speaker at conferences and webinars on employment law.
