About Jacobo Martínez

Jacobo Martínez is the managing partner, head of the employment law department, and the founding partner of Eversheds Sutherland in the Madrid office and a member of the European Executive Committee of Eversheds Sutherland. He has extensive experience in all areas of employment law, including the implementation of complex remuneration systems, advice on the employment implications of acquisitions, mergers and other operations constituting company succession, as well as the various processes of workforce restructuring, collective bargaining and the resolution of legal disputes in the social jurisdiction. Jacobo is also a very active speaker at conferences and webinars on labour law.
