Luis Aguilar Romera is a counsel in the employment department at Eversheds Sutherland’s Madrid office. His professional practice as a lawyer covers all aspects of employment and social security law and, in particular, the hiring of executives, termination of contracts, occupational risk prevention, company succession, health and safety in the construction sector, appearances before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, accidents at work, employment due diligence processes and collective bargaining.
