About Shane Campbell

Shane Campbell is a partner at Campbell Westaway and an experienced litigator, regularly appearing in arbitrations, hearings, trials and on appeals. He has a particular focus on commercial disputes, private wealth, and public law, acting for corporates, high net worth individuals and trustees on complex claims. Shane has represented clients in significant commercial litigation including shareholder and director disputes, defective building claims, and urgent injunctive relief. He has extensive experience in trusts and estates disputes. Shane has sat on the New Zealand Law Society’s Civil Litigation and Tribunals Committee and contributes regularly to law reform.
