About Musani Loy Kakwanzi

Musani Loy Kakwanzi is an associate at Kirunda & Co. Advocates, where she focuses on artificial intelligence, data protection and emerging technology law. She advises private-sector and institutional clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance and the legal structuring of technology-driven business models. Musani contributes to the firm’s advisory mandates at the intersection of AI adoption and commercial risk, including AI procurement, vendor due diligence and cross-border data transfer structuring. She holds an LLB (Hons) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
