About Ana Šporčić Čapalija

Ana Šporčić Čapalija is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, real estate and employment law. Prior to establishing her own practice, Ana worked with leading law and advisory firms in Zagreb. She advises domestic and international clients across various sectors, focusing on complex transactions including high-value commercial contracts, venture capital investments and corporate restructurings. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Zagreb and completed a specialist course at Utrecht University. She is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, and speaks Croatian, English and French.
