Gregory Kwadwo Asiedu is a partner at Asiedu & Yorke, with a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial dispute and strategy advisory. He has deep expertise in fintech law and cloud computing. Gregory previously worked with the biggest law firm in Africa, and subsequently joined an Accra-based law firm in Cantonments where he gained tremendous experience, and played a major role in the resolution of cases. He has worked for clients in a variety of industries including but not limited to real estate, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, entertainment, shipping and financial services. Gregory is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
