About Tomáš Hanus

Tomáš Hanus is a versatile adviser whose practice spans commercial, corporate, real estate and civil law, together with M&A, intellectual property, insurance and regulatory matters. An attorney since 2017, he joined Melkus Kejla & Partners in 2018. His practice includes corporate advisory work, regulatory analysis and representation in individual disputes, including litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings. He regularly works on matters requiring the co-ordination of several legal disciplines and a close assessment of the commercial and factual context. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
