About Lorena Garnica de la Espriella

Lorena Garnica de la Espriella is a lawyer at Veria Asesores specialising in real estate law, rural real estate, land use, and public policy related to these areas, with more than 20 years of experience. She is a professor of property law at the University of Los Andes and a researcher professor in the Master’s programme in Agrarian Law at the Externado University of Colombia and a professor in the Master’s programme in Economic Law at the Javeriana University. Lorena has been a columnist for Ámbito Jurídico on land use planning, agrarian law and environmental law since 2018.
