About Javier Mateo

Javier Mateo is a lawyer at LVP Advogados, with over ten years of professional experience and a practice focused on immigration and nationality law, residence in Portugal, Portuguese nationality and administrative litigation before AIMA and IRN. Before joining LVP Advogados, he practised at AVCO Legal, advising on immigration, nationality, corporate law and related matters, and previously worked in consultancy for international organisations. He studied law in Spain, completed advanced academic training in France and, in Portugal, completed a postgraduate programme in Foreigners and Nationality Law at NOVA School of Law, as well as training in tax aspects of international mobility.
