About Madalena Mourão

Madalena Mourão is a lawyer at LVP Advogados with more than ten years of experience in employment and social security law. She developed her professional career in mid-sized law firms, working within specialised employment departments, and has also acted as counsel to trade unions. She later worked in-house within a Portuguese corporate group, in close coordination with the human resources department. She has experience in legal advisory work, as well as in the design and implementation of HR processes and employment litigation. She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, the employment law committee of JALP and APODIT.
