About Constance Le Vert

Constance Le Vert is a partner and co-head of Axipiter’s Corporate/M&A department. She advises institutional investors, investment funds, family offices, founders, SMEs and mid-cap companies on private equity, venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and capital-markets matters. She also works on bond financings, corporate governance and the structuring and reorganisation of French and international groups. Her previous experience includes private practice at Ashurst, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle, as well as in-house investment roles at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and InfraVia Capital Partners. Constance is a member of the Paris Bar.
