About Amaury Nardone

Amaury Nardone is the founding partner of Axipiter and co-head of its Corporate/M&A department. He advises entrepreneurs, industrial and service companies, listed issuers, investment funds and management teams on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital-markets transactions and reorganisations in France and abroad. His work includes due diligence, acquisition agreements, warranties, complex securities, shareholder arrangements, management packages and senior or mezzanine financing. He regularly coordinates international matters. Before founding Axipiter, Amaury spent more than 25 years at Delsol Avocats, including as chair of its board for eight years. He is a member of the Lyon Bar, based in Paris and an auditor of the IHEDN’s defence policy session.
