About Anne-Charlotte Goursaud-Treboz

Anne-Charlotte Goursaud-Treboz is a partner and heads Axipiter’s Real Estate and Construction department. She advises and litigates on commercial and residential leases, sale and purchase agreements, co-ownership, construction contracts, defects, statutory insurance, neighbourhood nuisance, soil pollution and the structuring of real-estate projects. Her experience covers offices, hospitals, shopping centres, hotels and renewable-energy assets. She previously practised at CMS Francis Lefebvre and DPA and worked with the environmental directorate of the Council of the European Communities. Anne-Charlotte is a member of the Lyon Bar, co-chair of its Green Bar Commission and trained in alternative dispute resolution.
