About Ghislain de Pazzis

Ghislain de Pazzis is a partner and co-head of Axipiter’s Tax and Customs department. For more than 20 years, he has advised French and foreign companies and groups on corporate tax, VAT, local taxes, group taxation, reorganisations and transaction structuring. His practice also covers transfer pricing, customs, export controls, cross-border supply chains, international contracts and tax and customs disputes. Ghislain has particular experience in the aerospace, defence, transport, real-estate, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. He is a member of the Lyon Bar.
