About Delphine Brunet-Stoclet

Delphine Brunet-Stoclet is a partner and heads Axipiter’s Intellectual Property department. She advises on the protection, exploitation and transfer of trade marks, designs, copyright, software and know-how, including portfolio strategy, licence and commercial agreements, transaction audits and the valuation of intangible assets. She also represents clients in intellectual property and unfair-competition disputes and acts as a mediator. Her sector experience includes manufacturing, design, furniture, cosmetics, fashion, advertising and media. Delphine is a member of the Paris Bar and of INTA, APRAM, AIPPI and IEAM.
