About Eva Kopelman

Eva Kopelman is a partner and heads Axipiter’s Employment Law department. She advises French and international companies on individual and collective employment matters, restructurings, collective redundancies and the employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and business transfers, including employment due diligence, employee consultation and post-acquisition integration. Her practice also covers sensitive departures, collective employee relations, internal investigations and employment litigation. Before joining Axipiter, Eva practised at Jeantet, Gide and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and worked in-house at Air France. She is a member of the Paris Bar and of the Association of European Attorneys.
