Yu Liang
is the senior vice president of HOZU. He has spent more than 25 years advising listed companies and investors, serving as executive director and general counsel of a Hong Kong-listed company and as a partner at a leading Chinese law firm. At HOZU, Yu applies this experience to underwriting and managing funded matters – assessing downside risk, structuring investments, monitoring case progress and planning exits – with a focus on governance discipline, regulatory compliance and capital efficiency.
