About Massimiliano Moschen

Massimiliano Moschen leads the assessment and strategic management of litigation funding opportunities for complex and high-value individual claims. Prior to joining FDC, he led the Italian M&A and contingent risk insurance practice at Volante Global (a Lloyd’s Syndicate-backed insurance intermediary), focusing on a number of insurance solutions, including litigation funding insurance. Previously, he spent several years at AIG, focusing on M&A insurance solutions across Italy and Southern Europe. Prior to that, Massimiliano worked in private practice with leading law firms and advised clients, as an Italian-qualified lawyer, on M&A transactions, on business contracts and on corporate and civil law matters.
