Member of the Argentine Branch of the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM). Secretary and Member of The Maritime Center of Rosario Ports. Co-director and owner of Bonmar Ship Agents. Full Professor of the subject “Maritime, Port and Navigation Regulations” at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. He has written articles in the MMS, E-Book and Books of the IIDM. Coast Guard summaries, customs claims, navigation accidents, recoveries, arrest of vessels and defence of them are his most frequent areas of work.
