Sylvain Clavé has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010 and is the founder of Clavé Avocats. He has developed strong expertise in the assistance of fintechs of various kinds, the structuring of investment funds and club deals, providing regulatory and operational support. Combining technical excellence with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset, he is committed to turning regulatory constraints into a genuine competitive advantage for the clients he assists. Before founding his own firm, Sylvain worked within boutique law firms specialised in financial regulation and joined the banking and finance department of a French independent law firm as a director.
