About Giorgio Afferni

Giorgio Afferni is the chairperson of Delex Law Firm and professor of private law at the University of Genoa. He holds an LLM from Harvard Law School (’02) and a Doctorate in Private Law from the University of Pisa (’06). He is recognised as one of the leading experts in collective litigation in Italy. He is a member of the Financial Ombudsman of the Bank of Italy.
