About Lavinia Florimo

Lavinia Florimo is the managing partner of Delex Law Firm. She specialises in civil and competition law collective actions, with substantial expertise in the private enforcement of competition law and personal injury litigation. She represented more than 200 heirs of Italian military personnel interned by the Nazis during World War II, obtaining compensation for the non-pecuniary damages suffered as a result of their imprisonment. She currently represents approximately 350 companies in one of the largest Italian group actions to be brought to date for damages arising from the corrugated cardboard cartels, seeking around EUR400 million in compensation.
