About Niclas Söderlund

Niclas Söderlund at XR Legal has more than 25 years of experience working with tax matters. He has been Head of Tax at some of Sweden’s largest companies, most recently AB Electrolux and Telia Company AB. He has gained extensive experience in general and international corporate tax matters, dispute resolution and litigation. Niclas has background from the Administrative Court of Appeal and has previous experience from working at law firms since 2019. He also assists clients on real estate matters, structuring and financing real estate projects. Niclas Söderlund is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
