About Enrique Barrios

Enrique Barrios has been actively involved in the industry for more than 20 years, and leads the energy department at Dentons Guevara & Gutiérrez. He advises the major upstream, midstream and downstream companies in the country. His practice in the field includes the negotiation of contractual structures with YPFB on behalf of foreign investors, the defence of investors’ interests in expropriation procedures and subsequent arbitration, and the negotiation of all the amendments to the Bolivia–Brazil GSA. Enrique is a member of the La Paz and Santa Cruz Bar Associations.
