About Jorge Inchauste

Jorge Inchauste is head of the mining and natural resources practice at Dentons Guevara Gutiérrez. In the last two decades he has worked on multiple projects and the structuring of investment and financing matters, especially in the natural resource sector for national and international clients doing business in Bolivia. He has advised European, North American and Asian companies in different mining operations, including several M&A and project finance structures. He has also negotiated different types of contracts with the state-owned mining company.
