Rosario Echeverría is an associate at Dentons Guevara Gutiérrez and focuses on mining and project development, specialising in liability risk management, incident response, due diligence procedures, investigations and enforcement actions, and day-to-day compliance matters. She has advised national and foreign clients on several natural resource projects in Bolivia, including the structuring and financing of lithium projects, and negotiations with the state-owned company in charge of all lithium matters in Bolivia.
