Leen AlMoaiqel is an associate in the Riyadh office of Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland with a particular focus on TMT, advising both regulators and leading local and international clients in the sector. Her experience includes advising on cybersecurity and data protection aspects of landmark projects in the Kingdom; assessing the impact of an international TMT treaty for a key regulator to support senior decision-making; and conducting comprehensive reviews of the Kingdom’s cybersecurity and data protection landscape. Leen also regularly advises leading technology companies on strategic TMT contracts, and develops bespoke data privacy frameworks for international businesses entering the Saudi market.
