Maryna Pogibko
is the founder and managing director of Amadeus, advising on public international law and leading its INTERPOL practice. Her work covers state immunities, diplomatic protection, international organisations and diplomatic privileges. She also advises clients on sanctions compliance and enforcement risk. Her recent work includes leading the defence of a South American diplomat detained in transit and extradited to the USA despite diplomatic protections, concluding with a US presidential pardon. She has advised heads of state in South America and West Africa on policy and regulatory matters and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, DELF, BHRC, IBA, ECBA and UNBA.
