About Karim Ouaziz

Karim Ouaziz is a hospitality and real estate expert with over 20 years of global experience in hotel development, investment and asset management. He previously served as Director of Lodging Development for North Africa at Marriott International, where he led high-impact management and franchise deals. He has also held leadership roles at Alliances Hospitality and Istithmar World. Karim is currently the managing partner of OKapital Partners and advises several clients on hotel and hospitality transactions. A graduate of the Glion Institute of Higher Education, he has developed investment platforms and partnerships with leading global operators across both luxury and mid-scale segments.
