About Mark Savinšek

Mark Savinšek is a junior associate at MLAW, focusing on banking and finance, corporate law and transactional matters. He supports the team on domestic and cross-border transactions, with exposure to financing, corporate and M&A work. Before joining MLAW, Mark gained experience at several leading Slovenian and international law firms, where he worked on a broad range of transactional matters. His recent experience includes supporting advice on an innovative project involving the development of a new business model for professional road cycling, as well as complex banking, finance and corporate transactions.
