About Gerardo Pérez-Chow

Gerardo Pérez-Chow is a partner of the firm and resident in its New York City office.  Gerardo focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private and public companies, venture capital, private equity and joint venture), capital markets and bank financing, refinancing and restructurings, corporate governance and business law. Additionally, he advises the firm’s private clients on wealth management, estate planning, asset relocation and international investments matters. Gerardo joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2019. Gerardo has been recognised by Chambers and other respectable rankings.
