Keega Gakuua
is the managing partner at Keega & Company Advocates, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Data Protection and Governance Society of Kenya. Keega was instrumental in the elimination of the 3% Digital Asset Tax, representing the industry before parliament, and has been actively involved in shaping Kenya’s VASP regulatory framework. His practice focuses on VASP licensing, tokenisation, stablecoin regulation, and cross-border enforcement.
