Tadas Kuzminskas has over 15 years of legal experience in the banking and finance sector. He advises clients across the crypto and digital‑asset ecosystem, investment fund management and fintech. He specialises in licensing and regulatory authorisations under the Markets in Crypto‑Assets Regulation (MiCAR), advising crypto‑asset service providers (CASPs) on licensing strategies, application preparation, ongoing compliance programmes and interactions with competent authorities. He also counsels on token classification, custody arrangements and personal data protection under the GDPR as it applies to CASPs. Tadas Kuzminskas is a member of the Lithuanian Bar and a certified data protection officer.
