Leen AlMoaiqel is an associate in Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland’s Riyadh office, with a particular focus on employment matters for clients in the TMT and retail sectors, advising local, regional and international businesses. Her experience includes developing comprehensive HR policies for a PIF portfolio company covering disciplinary, performance management and termination processes; drafting a range of employment contracts, including full-time, flexible, hybrid, Ajeer and part-time arrangements; conducting employment due diligence across 11 entities as part of a major corporate transaction; and advising on engagement with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to implement an alternative Saudization and Nitaqat arrangement.
