About Heidi Furu

Heidi Furu is a partner at DKCO Attorneys-at-law, where she has practised throughout her career. She became a partner in 2008 and heads the firm’s employment team. She acts for employers, advising medium-sized and large corporations and public entities in Finland and the Åland Islands. She handles both corporate and employment matters, including shareholder disputes and generational transfers in family businesses, as well as co-operation negotiations, terminations and redundancies. She is a member of Women in Business Åland and a highly regarded lecturer in employment and corporate law.
